Rosemary Scalp Oil

Rosemary, cloves and cinnamon in olive and sunflower oil. Three to four weeks in the dark, no shortcuts. After eighteen years behind the salon chair, I am sharing my recipe outside my salon for the first time.

How I make it

  1. Day 1

    Rosemary, cloves, cinnamon

I cover rosemary, cloves and cinnamon with olive and sunflower oil. I add sunflower for its vitamin E.

  2. 3 to 4 weeks

    In the dark

The oil slowly draws out the actives. This step cannot be rushed.

  3. Final day

    Strained and bottled

I strain and pour by hand, bottle by bottle. Each one gets its own number.

  4. At home

    A few drops before washing

Massage into the scalp, let it work, then wash your hair as usual.

From a salon, not a factory

I have run my hair salon in Oplotnica, Slovenia since 2007. For years I have made and recommended this oil to my own clients for dry scalps and brittle hair. Used regularly, it nourishes the scalp, strengthens hair and reduces breakage.

Every bottle passes through my hands, which is why there are never many.
